Having guardianship of a younger relative in Sweden

Post Body

Due to lots of economic issues in the USA, some of my younger cousins are suffereing due to parents unable to gain employment. To reduce the risk of the child being taken by child services, would it be possible for me to gain guardianship of the child and bring them to Sweden?

The age of the child would be teenage years, don't personally know their age. But bringing them to Sweden and getting enrolled in a local international school and such. What kind of issues might I encounter to establish that?

Edit: To clarify, when I say cousin I do not mean my siblings child. I mean my cousin's child, who is still my cousin (maybe 2nd or 3rd cousin...I'm not sure how that works). And I am not sure of their age because I only met them when they were a toddler, almost 10 years ago (so we all can estimate).
