I’ve been working for this guy for the past couple years who owns a remodeling company, he has been in business for 20 years or so. He’s only the business side of things, never actually worked in the trades and I’ve been realizing he just says shit with loads of confidence even if he’s unsure or wrong. Yesterday he commented on my tilling job inside a shower saying I did good but next time I need to grout the corners first and then silicone. I asked why and he went on and on saying something about how mold and mildew would get behind w just silicone. Is he right or just an arrogant asshole who doesn’t know what he’s talking about? Sorry for the long post
