Audio delay after posting

There's a 2-3 second audio delay on my videos only after being posted, this started a few days ago and i've tried updating the app, uninstalling, clearing cache, even went on desktop and the delay is still there.
There's no delay in drafts or in editing, what else should I try?
Edit: I upgraded from an IPhone 6 to an IPhone 11 and the issue is completely gone, it was an old phone problem
