Can you get a initial boost if you already have a account and make a new one?

I know tik tok gives new creators a boost on their first 1-3 post. I was wondering if there was a workaround way needed if you make a new account but already have one on the app. Iām not sure if you still would get the initial boost in this scenario or if you need to use a workaround if anyone 100% knows please fill me in.
