follower count not updating

views have been fairly steady despite the slowdown. i’m seeing my notifications saying that i’m getting followers. but, my follower count has not updated for about 3 weeks or more. i’m not sure if it has to do with a previous violation leading to a shadow ban or if i’m dealing with a technical problem. anyone else having issues with a staled out follower count?
