Banned for no reason?

Hi. I downloaded TikTok like 2 days ago, and when I opened the app today, I was banned. All I had done on the app was follow people I knew, like posts, and favorite posts. I hadn't posted anything, and I left one comment on a post saying "cool cover of the song" or something. It says there's supposed to be an appeals button when you open the app. But I don't have an option to appeal, and I've done literally nothing to warrant a ban. What should I do?
