What’s wrong?

i started a instagram page where i modify cars based on the top liked comment each day on each post. on instagram i accumulated 10k over a million views in total. however i have only reached 50 followers on tiktok along with almost no views.
What could this be?
Maybe the content isn’t transferable across platforms?
Maybe it’s because i have multiple accounts?
i’m not sure any help would be appreciated!
