New accounts always shadow banning help?

Hi y'all! How come when I create a new Tik Tok account, its acting like a shadowban? By that I mean, when I follow some accounts. They're not actually being followed. It still writes 0 following on my account. Even when I post a comment on someone's video, the comment doesn't actually stay it gets deleted quickly. Fam how do I fix this? 🙏
