How do I stitch someone else’s TikTok, with a video from my camera roll

So I just produced this video in iMovie cause I needed more advanced editing tools, so I go to stitch it with the viral video I referenced, but it seems I can only stitch by recording my through tiktok and cannot upload the movie from my photos app.
Is there anyway to do this or do I have to do something really hacky to stitch with my pre-produced video?
