Idk what’s wrong w the app help plz?

Every time I try to read comments and I try to read the replies and tap on “view _ replies” and that’ll show some of the replies. In order to read further I tap on “view _ more” but it just hides all replies and only shows the original comment. Anyone know why this is or how I can fix it?
