went to VW Wesley Chapel with my wife to look at Tiguan 2022 model, just get some details like leg room, trunk space etc... and pricing or any deal. Went inside show room and found one 2022 model, not one sales rep approached us to answer any question or entertain us (all sales rep standing in group have a nice chit chat at a corner)... no worries we keep looking.. until finally one old white guy approached us and we told him that we were looking for 2022 Tiguan .. his first response is "Well Looking is FREE".. astonished I thought maybe he responded that way because we were dressed like going to gym... but then after little bit of chit chat, I said Thank You and left. My wife told me first thing that he was rude and we should deal with this dealership at all.. That left me wondering was he really rude or just vague comment ... I know market is super tight there are no discount etc .. Tiguan 2022 are selling like hot cake.. But is this the way to treat any potential customer ?
