Met this person about two months ago and we’ve been talking consistently and becoming good friends and all of a sudden he starts saying he’s been in the hospital twice and that’s why he goes days without talking. He said he got his appendix removed and had emergency surgery and has been out of it and that was before new years and last night he texted me and said hey sorry I’ve been in the hospital again and he sends me that pic and all of a sudden I just feel like I seen that picture before whether I seen it from him or something it just looked really familiar so I reversed googled it and found it on a fake hospital stay thing on Pinterest and when I confronted him about it he got all weird and the next day blocked me. I just wanted to post in case anyone finds him again to be cautious! If you can lie about something that small then what else are you hiding. There’s no point in lying and especially blocking me on everything after he got caught. Just be careful out there!
