Insecure about laugh

Even though I love the feeling of laughing and being tickled, I have realized I have a deep insecurity about how my laugh sounds 😭 Watching the recording, at first, I was embarrassed because I sounded the way I did Now, I’m trying to look at it as this is the noise your body makes when it’s happy🙂↕️ Have any other lees/switches ever felt this way too?
