On February 19th of 2019 i purchased tickets for a concert. Covid kicked off shortly after, resulting in two reschedulings of the show. I submitted a refund request on July 21st of 2021, only to get little to no response from ticketmaster. No refund was ever recived and so i drove all the way to the concert to be denied entry. The people in the ticketbooth printed out a receipt showing a refund was submitted July 21st 2021. I went to my bank and got a statement showing this to be incorrect and emailed [email protected] the photos of the statement and the alleged refund receipt. It has been 5 days since emailing and i haven't recieved a response. I called ticketmaster HQ in Beverly Hills Cali. And left a voicemail. No response. Any advice on what to do next?
