I always get this error message, 'Sorry, something went wrong'
'Sorry, there has been an error and your tickets can’t be listed right now. Please try again later.
Error reference: xxxxxx'
This happens when trying to sell my tickets on the Ticketmaster website (UK version). The tickets themselves 'aren't quite ready yet'
'Using Your Tickets'
'We’re still working on a few final details before your tickets will be available here. Don't worry though, they will be ready at least 3 days before the event. Once available, just display the barcodes below on a mobile device, to be scanned at the door.'
They will be 100% given 3 days before the concert, or possibly earlier when they have them ready. However, was hoping to sell them before then as I am no longer going with my partner. Is it still possible to sell them even though they aren't quite ready or would I have to wait 3 days before the concert or when the tickets are properly issued. Cheers.
