Long time lurker, admittedly I go in cycles (check every day for 3 months, not check at all for 3 months). My last cycle back, I kept seeing comments about a deer and BoD pop up. Searching TTM hasn't lead me down a story I can follow with certainty.

What I have gathered is (and correct me if I'm wrong):

• There are photos of BoD around that point toward him hunting during off season and with off-limit game, like fawns. I.e.: A Poacher
• A deer was reported struck by a car in MC early November
• BoD and BJ claimed the roadkill
• They stated they gutted it beside the road. This has some people suspicious and others say that's totally normal in their neck of the woods

Why it might matter (and where it all gets fuzzy for me):

• Some conflicting reports of BoD driving a teal-ish vechicle. He claimed it was his truck(?) but records say he didn't own that truck at the time
• Blood in the Rav looks like it could have come from hair in the way it was deposited. Possible deer?
• If it was gutted in the garage and not the road, it could cover up other evidence in the garage, like human blood. Or if it was skinned or processed in the garage, if the blood wasn't drained.

The deer thing seemed so easily explainable at first- BoD is a POS, and so why wouldn't he poach? Or, as someone who lives in a deer heavy area, those fuckers get hit all the time. Why would it be hard to believe that happened?

Stepping back and looking at the picture as a whole, it looks a lot darker. We have BoD, who has conflicting testimonials and statements- did he see TH leave? Or did he not? We know he had a propensity for porn that is, lightly put, irrefutably heinous and the majority of people don't even like to think about existing, let alone getting off to. There are rumors (and maybe evidence?) that he knew who TH was and had been watching her for a while. And then this deer appears, conveniently dead and conveniently full of blood, right when the public starts panicking about TH disappearing.

So the question is:

1. Did BoD's story about watching TH leave change once the LE had his computer and threatened him with it? (And FFS why did they give that shit back?? That points to this theory)

2. Or did BoD freak out once he knew they would confiscate his computer, and change his story to point the blame away from him?

3. Or maybe both?

And what about BJ, who frantically tried to get the computer wiped, and was also present for the auspicious deer incident. Alone, with a BIG exception the computer contents, nothing looks terribly guilty. Suspicious, but explainable. However you can't look at the events individually, and you cannot overlook the computer contents.

I still feel like I'm missing some key points, or maybe the deer thing isn't as big a component as I'm thinking it is compared to everything else. Could anyone please let me know if anything is incorrect or incomplete in my summary?
