How do I get this little guy to budge!?

OK so first, I'm at a junkyard getting some parts for my 03 tiburon (gt6) and this one I found is an 04 gt6.
I'm coming back for the seats. I'm trying to grab the bottom section of the rear seat. The driver side clip pushed back easily and came up. But this is the passenger side and it will not disconnect! I've tried pushing it back. It was placed different than the driver side one. Is there a trick to it, is it broken? 🤨
