Old player coming back facc sorc

I use to play a long long time ago. I'm on solidera and I'm leveling a facc sorc. So far I've just been the regular places trolls and mines. Is there a better place to level? I thought I'd heard magic level wasn't as important anymore but after playing I don't think that's correct. Anyway what hunting areas do you recommend and what ml or chat level before going prem. I know it would help massively on both but humor me.
So I'm thinking of going prem. I'm level 19 now where should I hunt as prem.
