EK/ED PG Teamhunt Lvl 130

Hey all, so me and a friend of mine have been bored about hunting the same places for quite some time now like edron fortress and grimvale and would like to get leveled up as a fast as possible so we can in turn hunt more efficiently, hunt better creatures for better loot/xp.
Knight skills 96/90 ML 8, ED Mlvl 75
Can someone recommend comfortable spots needed imbues where we can get 1.5kk xp/hr on green stamina (exaggeration, skills are listed above) ? We don't care about profit atm as we both believe at higher levels we can make that up, so the return on investment is better if we skip the low levels a bit fast .
