as the tittle says i have a question for my fellow paladins, when should i start using utito tempo san? as of now i am 348 with skills 120 dist and 32 ml, am i in the good lvl range to use it or should i wait until i am higher, as a said note, i was lvling on exp event and i misclicked utito and did a 1k crit and since then i've had this question on my head lol
