EK adjustment below level 100

There are a lot of weapon options for each type below level 100 for EK. I was wondering what people though of the level requirements being every 5 Levels. Would changing them to be every 10~ maybe even 20~ really make a huge difference to baby EK game play? If anything I think it would equal out the leveling gap experienced between the 3 styles early on.
