Good cobbler in DFW?

Can anyone recommend a good cobbler in DFW? I need to replace soles of my Cadets. Preferably in Tarrant county, but around Uptown/Downtown Dallas would be good too. Even better if I could find one in Arlington.
I’m worried the replacement soles won’t be as supple as the original ones though. My original soles are butter soft, most comfortable boots I ever had.
