Peeling Sole on Majors

I got these in March. Wore them for most of the spring, then they sat in my closet for the summer. I started wearing them again a couple weeks ago, and now they look like this. Thursday said that it's past the return window, but I emailed them to see if it's covered by a warranty. Do y'all have any suggestions? Should I just tack and glue them back myself and get on with my life?
