Portable Thunderbolt hub/dongle/USB breakout?

Belkin makes this four-port USB type-C dongle that is SO close to perfect for me, but sadly doesn’t support display out.

The form factor is perfect and compact, 100W PD, feature set is minimal with no unnecessary HDMI/DP ports, SD card readers, Ethernet, type-A, etc.

I have a CalDigit dock at home, but want something more portable that has display support (esp display over tb/usb rather than a dedicated hdmi/dp port). Would also be great if it supported full power out too for single-cable connecting and powering a portable monitor.

Does such a thing exist?
