Can TSS Handbrake work plugged into Xbox Series X Console?

I was wondering if anyone knew if my TSS Handbrake would work if I directly plugged it in via USB into my Series X Console? I've just had the shittiest luck with Thrustmaster sim hubs as I'm on my second one and it is already beginning to cause me problems with my TX base causing both my th8a shifter and Handbrake to not be recognized. I used my one slot on the tx for my shifter because I use that way more than the handbrake, but I just hate only being able to have one active at a time and then having to swap them out whenever I want to use the other device.
