Long, mountainous/hilly trails from Nov/Dec onwards?

I'm looking for somewhere in the world to head on a long distance adventure (fastpacking/running).
My main desire is that it's fairly hilly or mountainous - this obviously limits my choice a lot at this time of year, but I'm willing to travel anywhere in the world.
It's a big place out there, so I wondered if anything comes to mind for anyone? Much appreciated 🙏
