BigAgnes support - maddening

Anyone else deal with the friendly-but-somehow-never-helpful BigAgnes people? I have made 3 separate tickets with them to buy some new pole segments. I have the diagram, I know the segments to buy.
They're asking for serial numbers, now PICTURES of the tent, so they know what model it is.
Last time we got all the way to them sending the parts, but they never arrived.
Is it a Colorado thing? Stoners? They all seem cool and mostly knowledgeable, they just never seem to get it done.
Am I just unlucky?
