For real though- how do you all cope with the chronic pain that comes along with arthritis!? I see my pain management doc this week but am struggling SO hard. I have become pretty much dependent on weed edibles. They dont take the pain away but do help me cope. I would just like to not have to be stoned out of my mind every minute of the day to deal with this crippling pain. What are your secrets?? My therapist suggested meditation, but so far that hasnt been very helpful. I work 70 hours a week, so its not a matter of keeping busy. Im just contantly distracted and exhausted by the awful pervasive pain that never seems to go away. Chronic pain is no joke.
