Would freezes on credit at all 3 bureaus affect a residential loan request?

I wish to know if this freeze scenario would preclude getting a residential loan from TSP. I appreciate the good intentions respondents may have in suggesting I not take a loan. The situation makes sense for me to use this money for this purpose. I've considered all the points about why or why not to do it and have decided to do it. Thank you.
