Anyone do 5% TSP and Taxable Account for rest?
Post Body
Hello all!
Curious has anyone gone the route of just doing the min 5% to get TSP match and then "maxed" out a personal taxable brokerage account that follows the SP500?
I know TSP is tax advantage but unless something drastic changes, eventually you get taxed just the same anyway.
I rather have my cash today, invest it, let it grow and also have the flexibility to use whenever I want without penalty.
Has anyone successfully gone this route?
