I want to know what builds, runes, or if I should even use Thresh in the following case:

I'm the only one my team considers a tank (Thresh being not as "tanky" as Alistar and Nautilus) and I'm up against Ezreal Brand in bot. The other enemies are Volibear top, Warwick jg and the mid is Zed.

In my team I have a Fiora top, Kayn jg, Vladimir mid and Tristana adc, if need be said.

Anyway, for this type of game, I would use the build supp with Bramble vest > Solari > Zeke > Knight Vow and Mercury. In the runes I would mainly have Protector, Second Wind, Cookie Delivery, Adaptive Force / Ability Haste, Armor by lvl and Life by lvl. That is ok? Should I have health up or magic resist up?
