Advice for app for successfully finding a third.

Wife and I are new to any of this and wanting to move forward with finding a non creepy third guy. We live in a small mountain town so no interest in using it here. Would be for when we travel to larger urban areas. For reference I also work in Europe 4/5 months a year so any advice on apps that work successfully over there would be appreciated. 🙏
