If you are looking at the Threema Work homepage, you will see that they say
A version for Windows Phone and a web client are in development.
According to the German tech-blog "Cachys Blog" and the Swiss news site "watson", Threema confirmed them that they are indeed developing a web-client which will be available for both, the normal Threema app and the Threema Work app.
It seems like Threema will base their web-client on the open source SaltyRTC protocol which is in development as suggested by Lennart Grahl in his thesis. Two Threema developers are contributing to the GitHub repositories related to SaltyRTC.
Sounds like good news, right? :)
