The kid is great, but he needs to realize he's a kid. I've played with many a player like him, who thinks he's better than the team, constant moaning, throwing the hands in the air, it's always someone else's fault. I can see him doing it all. Ronaldo did it before he left for Madrid.

It brings people down and it brings the players level down. Gareth is not the type to dress him down, but the fella needs it.

I know he comes across well in interviews etc because yes he's clearly intelligent. But he did the same thing at Dortmund and looked an arsehole there.

When he's in these grooves he looks honestly kind of shit. I'm not sure what the answer is but as I said he's a kid, but there's some issues there he needs to address.
