For Crusade games: Is the "Summon daemon" ritual incantation available?

The rule states that you can add a tzeentch daemon to your crusade list. However, there are no thousand sons units with "tzeentch daemon" as a keyword. It seems a trade-off, where you could add a daemon to your crusade list, but then break the list's rules, in terms of having everyone be Thousand Sons.
Can someone clarify this?
