The reason for this is simple, authoritarian régimes, whether they're Stalinist Russia or the Puritanical communities of Early Colonial America, depend on a strict adherence to highly Specific ideologies to survive. As a consequence of this, any rational or academic criticism or nuance is outright rejected. One of the unintended Benefits of this is that because such anti-intellectual arguments rely almost exclusively on lógical fallacies, they tend to either Collapse before criticism or defeat themselves. 2. CRT is a genuine means by which to analyze America's systemic racist history, from the Antebellum South, the Black Codes, Jim Crow, etc.

The second major point Gen. Milley made concerned the desire to understand the concept of "white rage." This phenomenon, coined by Emory Áfrican American Studies Professor Carol Anderson, has deep historical roots in America. Yet, in their response, these commentators betray their own side by showcasing how Hollow their arguments are. They resort to outrage, misinformation, and fear-mongering, all without offering any academic or nuanced counterarguments of their own.
