Game crashes when trading

I have another crash issue with this game, now it crashes when trading: When I want to trade stuff and hit the button Deal, the game crashes.
It doesnt happen every trade, but it makes me pissed off when RNG is good & this time Franko comes with really good stuff that I need for upgrades ....and game crashes. And after reload Franko comes with worse bag of items...
Any way to fix it? Or how to avoid it when trading?
