Arica or Boris for scavenging? (group recommendation)

Hi,
I like stealth and getting free loot, so Arica is great for this job but I miss large inventory that Boris has (17) especially when I miss wood for crafting and cooking (but he is not very stealthy). I can send only Katia to collect more loot (12).
the rest of group:
Katia (for trading), inventory (12)
Marin (for crafting)
Bruno (for cooking)
it would be best to have both Arica and Boris I guess :)
Any chance to get 5th survivor and when?
