My game has bugged twice and not sure why. Every spot is the same house.

There is a house, I think it's the burned house or something where the old couple are that are unarmed and can't defend themselves. Twice now in playing (same play through) it bugs that no matter where I pick, I get sent to that house. I quit and go back in and it is fixed but then it happened again. Quit and go back in and it's fixed but this is annoying.

Is this a known bug? No mods. No cheats.

Third time it's happened. This is getting annoying as I needed to get to the hospital to try to pilfer some meds but it keeps sending me to this house. Is this a bug or what?
