I mean, is it possible to have this theriotype? Like the most primary form of Homo Sapians Sapians? Hunter-gatherers?
It wouldn't be classified as therianthropy, since therianthropy is about identifying as a non-human animal. But there are people who want to live more like primal humans, and there's a separate subculture for that even though I can't find it right now.
Also, belief in past lives is a thing in a wide variety of cultures. If someone believed they had a past life as an ancient hunter-gatherer, it wouldn't even be weird.

Ah, but OP talked about the species of modern humans. Who are genetically pretty much the same as us, just a different culture. Calling those Homo sapiens sapiens from the past non-humans just because of their lifestyle would be like calling primitive tribal people who still hunt and gather "non-human". Not fitting at all. OP did not talk about Australopithecus!
Of course, since evolution is a gradual thing, we can always discuss "what is a human"... But in general, therianthropy refers to non-human animals, since yeah, all humans (including modern humans living in cities) are animals too.
