How do I find out if I'm therian/my theriotype if I don't even trust myself?
Post Body
Actually, I think that when I was conceived, I was created but there are parts of me that are non-human But even if I think so, I sometimes doubt
Besides, I doubt everything, even my involuntary experiences, even when it really happened
I know I have to find out if I'm therian myself but I'm having too much trouble knowing if I'm really thinking about something or if I'm lying to myself
So how can I give myself a little more confidence? I have a real problem with this, even my teachers noticed it 😅

But as Jackalsnap points out, this isn't really just about therianthropy. It's about "when can I trust my own experiences", which is a general question of self-confidence, knowledge and introspection. There's no easy advice that us internet strangers can give you. I'm not a therapist or psychologist. I'm not a life coach.
If you don't have anyone around you to talk about this with, start with reading a self-help book that's more general about trusting yourself and getting to know yourself, and then take it from there?
