Long term dissociation

I just started ketamine treatment, the first dose was an IV in the doctor's office to check for tolerance and that was Thursday, December 1. The second dose was Friday, December 16th and was 120 mg in torch form with my therapist, the trip was about 2 hours and we immediately rolled into EMDR processing at the end.

I has been several days (today is Wednesday the 21st) and I am still experiencing some levels of dissociation. I am struggling to stay present in the moment, tracking conversations, foggy, staring off into space, etc. Nothing severe. I have talked to my therapist, and we both landed on the hypothesis this might have to do with my being Autistic, but I am open to other theories of why this is happening.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there anything I can do to support myself?

Have any neurodivergent people that have done ketamine experienced long-term dissociation?
