hi friends. i am planning to complete my 5th at home session tonight and am curious to see how music will change the experience. last time i had on meditation music from youtube and i feel like it took me somewhere weird and confusing, even though i could barely hear it. michael pollan mentions in his book how to change your mind that changing the music from something new age to classical music really improved the experience for him. does classical sound like a good idea to yall? or else i was gonna put on the viva pinata soundtrack lmao. thanks in advance
