Can I just stop taking the troches? Or will there be withdrawal symptoms?

I've been using ketamine consistently every two - three days for a few months now. I am currently using 150 mg troches. If I just stop cold turkey will anything happen? I don't think so but should I taper off with 75 mg for a night and then stop?
