After my last three IVs (#5, 6, 7/Booster #1) I've been very 'activated'. Essentially hypomanic which is great when my mood is also great, but after 6 days out from this last IV I started being in this weird space of being both mildly depressed and energized. It feels like my mind/body is confused about whether I'm up or down. I have my next booster this Friday (2 weeks after last one), but I wish I could get one now to help with my mood. But I'm also worried about being even more activated - I slept very little last week and crashed Friday and Saturday. I can't live like that, I work full time and sick leave is limited.

As I'm writing this I'm realizing this time of year is triggering for my PTSD and maybe that is what is triggering some of the mood. After IV #6 the good mood lasted more like 13 days. So it seemed weird this one lasted less time rather than longer.

Thoughts/insights/suggestions on scheduling boosters and balancing 'activation'/mood? Has anyone found that different dosages impact how 'activated' they feel? (To that end: I'm having a hard time getting my provider to give me less ketamine in my IV. I've asked for that at my last three appointments and they just adjusted the drip rate or told me that I shouldn't change it. I am usually better at sticking up for myself, but I feel so vulnerable at those appointments that it is really hard to do that)
