Losing my Dom/Daddy- any advice?
Post Body

I originally posted this in r/BDSMcommunity and was told this would be a good community in which to post this as well.

If that’s not the case, please gently let me know and I’ll remove!

Assuming I’m good to ask away:

My Dom/Daddy and I have been in a D/s dynamic going on 5mo now. We met on Fet after he’d messaged me explaining his ex-gf briefly introduced him into the lifestyle, but they broke up before he got fully into the experience.

I’m a sub with masochistic tendencies, and I’ve been showing him the ropes and absolutely loving and praising his progress as a/my Dom.

…All of that being said, he and I communicate well and have phenomenal sexual chemistry, but there’s no way we’d work out together as a couple, which we’ve both known.

He’s now gone on a few dates with someone..and even though we both knew this was/is a possibility, I’m finding it so fucking difficult to reconcile my feelings.

I feel like I’m in permanent subdrop and it’s absolute torture.

Any advice/tips/tricks/? are welcome. 💜

You don't have to do so, but I'd be interested to hear you expand on this somewhat. Obviously each submissive's experience of subdrop is unique, but I'm wondering what the parallel feelings are and what they might tell you about the effect this experience is having on you.
