Question about home brew method of l-pac
Post Body

When the fermented medium is filtered out, is the yeast left behind in the filter reusable? Breeding of the biomass was completed prior to the fermentation process. If it is reusable will it increase the yields? I have made a few runs so far and average 10G/L. I have read that larger batch sizes have higher yields. The production level I want requires 12G/L, would I be better off doing a single batch in a 80L barrel, or should I continue with four 20L buckets.

Comments

This is not actually a method that has been verified to work. Search around. People attempt it constantly and it never leads to a usable product.
