What does summer look like for an MFA Acting student?

I know most MFA's operate as a 60-80 hour per week assistantship/job. My question is, does that typically include summers too? Or do MFA students have summers off from the program? What would a summer look like for an MFA acting student at a good program?
I know it's different and not universal for every program. Generally speaking, I'm asking if anyone knows how these things typically work.
