Best way to prepare for Tuesday/ 1.7?

Hey guys, day one player here. Got frustrated with the lack of progress forward with the game and bailed. But am still 256 and can put together a build for sentry, striker, predator, all gold and any mix thereof.
Just wondering what I can do to prepare for 1.7 now that I've picked up the division again.
