Why clementine doesn't go back

I've been replaying the walking dead games and at the end of season 3, Javi tells clementine to find AJ and bring him back because clementine asks him to teach baseball to AJ. In TFS, I dont think it gets explained why she didnt head back to Richmond with AJ or did I miss something?
